it started off w/ the little symbol wayne

had placed on his face this year which is seemingly meaningless to the naked eye.

then as you can see he has stars placed on his face by the symbol now me personally......everybody has stars & they arent original at all but hey if somebody want it THEY GOING TO DO IT!

but to top ot off they are ultraviolet meaning while he is in jail.....he'll be glowing. take that comment as you will.
